Transportation will be available for off-site events at the civic center and AHS, however, car-pooling is 
encouraged.

Wyndham Garden Hotel is $109 (formerly Ambassador). Be sure to mention AHS 
Alumni Association to the operator.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 7, 2018 (Tentative) 
9:00 AM. - Noon -Registration continues at hotel ballroom 
10:00 - 11:30 Business Meeting and Celebration & Remembrance 
(Wyndham Ballroom. Fruit, pastries and coffee will be served.) 

1:30 - 3:30 - Guided Tour of AHS - Art Collection, Hall of Honor, & Hall of Fame 

6:00 - 10:00 - Dinner Dance - Grand Plaza at the Amarillo Civic Center 

Memorabilia Room Open until 4:00 
Choir Practice - To be announced 
Atrium opens until midnight for visiting.

•Registration and Greeters - Friday all day and Saturday Morning (1-2 hour shifts)
